NYC Will Always Be #1
Dear Favorite Local,
I said I wanted to travel less, & this time I mean it. COVID taught me what I already knew deep down— this city is the one true love of my life. Alone in Manhattan, with only a few close friends within walking distance, I roamed those familiar streets daily.
Historical sites, hidden architectural treasures…miles of wandering filled my heart simply because I was home. I was never meant to be a California girl, not even after eight years in the Bay & certainly not now after a recent jaunt to Los Angeles. I have included evidence that I have, in fact, gone in a pool and did so wearing latex.
So, since I'm here only for you for the next few months, shouldn't we indulge in a little local tryst? Union Square is ideal for an afternoon rendezvous, don't you think?
