One thing the pandemic taught me is that I love to be home in New York City. I was travelling all over the place in the before times. Everything felt thrilling and the travel complimented my pre-pandemic heart full of wanderlust. And then everything stood still- tours were canceled, flights refunded, and I was forced to stay in NYC. During the early days of the pandemic, I would take long walks all over the empty city. I fell even more deeply in love with New York as I explored the history and the architecture accompanied by the gift of time.
Even with all music and art shows being canceled, museums closed, and restaurants only doing to go orders, I still loved being in NYC. I was born and raised in Manhattan and I really am a New Yorker. Now that everything is alive again here, walking the streets of New York and being surrounded by the hustle and bustle gives me energy and inspires me. I am more creative when I am here and have never found a music or art scene more stimulating and original than this city.
I have spent my entire life traveling the world from Reykjavik to Tenerife. Don’t get me wrong, I love going to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, Washington, D.C., London, Paris, Tokyo, and Osaka to name a few. I have great friends all over the world and appreciate cities that offer me experiences that I cannot have in NYC. That said, it takes a bit more to get me to leave my home sweet home these days. With that, I just updated my FAQ with a list of cities where I will do a normal fly me to you (FMTY). For all other cities that are not listed, I now require extra compensation.
I love seeing you in your territory, but travel takes a lot of time, the TSA always pulls my butt plugs plus more out of my bag at security, and creeps on the plane always ask what I am reading. Flights also get delayed and jet lag is the worst. I want to be sure I'm the most prepared for you. You're worth it, and so am I. You're what’s important in the end and not where we meet. So, if you want me in your city, then follow the instructions on my FAQ. Otherwise, I look forward to our good times here in NYC.
